Plans change. For 3,00 € your appointment changes with them.
- Move or cancel the appointment up to 2 hours beforehand. No reason needed, a short message is enough. If you cancel you receive a voucher for the amount.
- Send someone else instead. If you cannot make it, someone goes in your place.
- Change the duration or the number of people. 30 minutes become 60, one person becomes two. The price difference is settled.
- Late-arrival protection. Your slot does not lapse for up to 15 minutes. Where possible the time is added on, otherwise credited. You do not need to tell us.
- Illness joker. One free reschedule even after the two hours. Get in touch as early as you can.
How to use it: Let us know beforehand. Without a message the appointment stays binding and expires as it would with a booking without Flex. A change made on site does not count as notice.
