Endurance test under real-world conditions

Our lounges are our test bench.

In 5 private lounges, 10 massage chairs are in almost continuous use daily from 11 am to 9 pm. With typical home use of 25–30 minutes per day, a chair runs for around 150–180 hours per year – ours achieve many times that.

Error codes, wear analyses, and feedback flow directly back into the design and firmware. Weak points show up here first – not with the customer.

From Data to Series

Häufige Fragen

How do you recognize a good massage chair?

Four points are decisive: the mechanics (4D massage head and rail length determine how precisely and deeply the massage works), the durability of upholstery, motors and bearings, the software (natural massage sequences instead of mechanical routines) and the service with spare parts availability. NAIPO tests all models in continuous use in its own Relax Lounges in Hamburg before changes go into series production.

What distinguishes NAIPO from other massage chair brands?

NAIPO operates its own relax lounges in Hamburg, where each chair is in continuous use for over 2,400 hours per year – more than 15 times the typical home usage. Fault data, wear analyses, and customer feedback from this operation flow directly into development in Hamburg and Shenzhen. Hardly any other manufacturer tests under comparable real-world conditions.

Where are NAIPO massage chairs developed?

At two locations: Product concept, ergonomics and software tuning in Hamburg, mechanical, electronic and manufacturing development in the engineering hub in Shenzhen. Both teams work in daily coordination.

Where can you test NAIPO massage chairs before buying?

At the NAIPO Relax Lounges in Hamburg – HafenCity and Ballindamm. There, all current models can be thoroughly test-sat and private lounges booked.
