IMPORTANT: Terms of Use for the NAIPO Relax Lounge

We are delighted that you would like to test our high-end massage chairs. By reserving your personal test slot, you acknowledge the following terms and conditions.

1. Operator & Contractual Relationship

The operator of the sales area (under the concept name "NAIPO Relax Lounge") is Alsterwell GmbH, Oberstraße 134, 20149 Hamburg
Germany. By booking, a contract for the product demonstration of retail goods is concluded with the operator.

2. Age Restriction

Trial seating in the lounge is possible for those aged 16 and over. Younger guests are welcome when accompanied by a legal guardian. Parents are liable for their children.

3. Your Premium Product Experience (Showroom Concept)

Our test cabins offer you the opportunity to try out our high-quality massage chairs as hardware in a private and quiet atmosphere at your own responsibility. The focus is on experiencing the complex technology (ergonomics, Dolby Atmos sound, aromas) before a potential purchase decision.

Please note: This product test within the framework of our specialist trade is expressly not a medical, therapeutic, or health measure and does not replace a doctor's visit. Healing treatment in the sense of the Heilpraktikergesetz (German Alternative Practitioner Act) is excluded.

4. Service Fee & Purchase Credit

We charge a service fee for reserving the cabins and providing the demonstration units (including the effort for instruction and hygienic disinfection).

Since our goal is to sell our devices, we will refund this service fee for a maximum of one test appointment if you subsequently decide to purchase a NAIPO massage chair. The fee will be fully credited towards the purchase price.

5. Health Information & Medical Emergencies

For your own safety, we ask persons with health restrictions to seek medical advice before testing. This applies particularly to:

• Cardiovascular diseases or pregnancy

• Implanted devices (e.g., pacemakers)

• Recent operations or acute back problems

The use of the devices is at your own risk. Should you experience pain or discomfort during the test, you are obliged to stop the program immediately using the remote control or display.

As we are a retail business, no medical care is provided on site. In medical emergencies, our staff will immediately alert the emergency services (112); we cannot provide further specialist medical care.

6. Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are liable – except in the case of injury to life, limb, or health – only if essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) are violated. Liability in this case is limited to the contractually typical and foreseeable damage.

We assume no liability for health consequences resulting from contraindications (pre-existing conditions) having been concealed or ignored by you. Please treat our demonstration devices with care, as claims for damages will arise in the event of willful damage to the hardware.

7. Conduct & House Rules

To ensure that all customers can enjoy their experience, we ask for your consideration. In case of noise, disturbance, or improper use, we reserve the right to exercise our house rules.

8. Hygiene & Cleanliness

We place the highest value on hygiene in our cabins. In the event of extreme, willfully caused contamination, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee (up to €89).

9. Displays & Smart TVs

The screens installed in the cabins primarily serve to present products and explain the NAIPO operating system. They are to be understood as operating aids for the hardware.

10. Reservation, Rescheduling & Cancellation

• Rescheduling your appointment is possible up to 24 hours in advance without any problems. In this case, we will issue a voucher.

• Since we keep the cabin exclusively reserved for your product demonstration, a refund is excluded. A statutory right of withdrawal for time-bound reservations does not exist.

11. Booking for Third Parties

If you are making a reservation for friends, family, or B2B partners, please inform them of our terms of use. The booker is responsible for the appropriate conduct of their guests.

12. Data Protection & Video Surveillance

The reception area is video-monitored for your and our security. Sensor data from the chairs (e.g., shoulder height measurement) are only processed locally in the hardware for the duration of your test and are not stored.

13. Jurisdiction & Severability Clause

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg. Should a provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
