  • Due to strict hygiene regulations, dogs are not allowed in the lounge.

IMPORTANT: Usage instructions & disclaimer

By entering the lounge, using a NAIPO chair or booking via our website, you agree to the following terms of use.

1. Operator & Contractual Relationship

The lounge is operated by Alsterwell GmbH, Oberstraße 134, 20149 Hamburg
Germany
. A user agreement is concluded exclusively with the operator upon booking or use.

2. Age restriction

Use of the lounge is permitted only for those aged 16 and over . Minors may only use the lounge when accompanied by a parent or guardian or with their written consent. Parents are responsible for their children.

3. General Use

Our massage chairs use AI-powered sensors to adjust the massage functions. Body-related information (e.g., sitting position, height) is only processed temporarily – it is neither stored nor shared.

This application is solely for general well-being and is not a medical or therapeutic measure . It is used at your own risk and does not replace medical advice. NAIPO makes no guarantee regarding individual effects or subjectively expected results.

The use of this service does not constitute medical treatment or a healing treatment within the meaning of the German Healing Practitioners Act.

4. Health Information

People with health conditions must seek medical advice before use, especially in the case of:

  • Cardiovascular diseases

  • pregnancy

  • implanted medical devices (e.g. pacemakers, neurostimulators)

  • recent surgeries or open wounds

  • acute back or disc problems

  • neurological diseases or nerve irritations

The operator does not conduct any suitability checks . Guests are responsible for eliminating their own health risks.

In the event of health problems during or after use, no medical care is provided on site. Liability for failure to provide assistance is excluded unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of NAIPO.

5. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Use of the lounge is at your own risk . The operator's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, the operator is only liable in cases of injury to life, body, or health.

Guests are fully liable for any damage they cause through improper use, negligence, or violations of the terms and conditions.

Furthermore, the operator accepts no liability for damage to clothing, accessories or other items brought along, unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

6. Conduct & House Rules

Please follow the safety and usage guidelines as well as the instructions of the staff. The operator exercises the unrestricted right of admission and may deny guests entry or use at any time, especially in the following cases:

  • improper use or damage

  • deliberate pollution

  • Noise, disturbance or nuisance to other guests

  • Bringing and consuming alcohol, drugs, or food/drinks

Inappropriate or sexual acts in the rooms or on the chairs are strictly prohibited. Violators will be immediately banned from the premises and charged a special cleaning fee of at least €150, or up to €300 if the cleaning required is more extensive.

In case of violations, there is no entitlement to a refund.

In cases of serious violations, the operator reserves the right to file criminal charges and claim damages.

7. Hygiene & Cleaning

We recommend arriving freshly showered and in clean clothes. In cases of deliberate or significant soiling, cleaning fees (from €49 to €89) and repair costs (minimum €150) may be charged. We reserve the right to claim further damages.

8. Smart TVs & Content

The smart TVs are exclusively for displaying internal company content (e.g., introductory videos, safety instructions). Private use (streaming, logging into personal accounts) is not part of the offer. Should guests nevertheless use accounts, they are responsible for logging out and ensuring data security.

9. Booking, Rebooking & Cancellation

  • Rescheduling or cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment ; a non-refundable voucher will be issued (valid for 3 years). Refunds are not possible.

  • No changes or refunds are possible from 24 hours before the appointment.

  • There is no statutory right of withdrawal according to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB.

The operator reserves the right to cancel bookings for important reasons (e.g., security risks, technical defects). In this case, a voucher will be issued.

10. Force Majeure & Technical Failures

In cases of force majeure, official orders, or technical defects, no refund will be issued. At the operator's discretion, a booking will be rebooked or a voucher issued.

11. Booking for third parties

Bookings on behalf of third parties are only permitted if all affected persons have acknowledged these conditions beforehand. The booking guest is liable for their conduct.

12. Items brought along

The operator accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings (e.g. valuables, mobile phones, clothing), except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

13. Data protection & video surveillance

When you make a booking, your personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request. Details can be found in our privacy policy.

The entrance area may be under video surveillance for security reasons (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Recordings will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted in accordance with legal requirements.

14. Language & Translations

The terms of use are only available in German. Guests who do not speak the language must obtain a translation themselves.

15. Law & Jurisdiction

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of the operator.

16. No guarantee of availability

There is no entitlement to the continuous availability of the lounge, individual functional areas, or specific equipment (e.g., a particular model of massage chair). No refunds will be issued in the event of technical malfunctions or short-term restrictions. In such cases, the operator will, at its discretion, either rebook or issue a voucher.

17. Priority of the written version

Only the written version of these terms of use is valid.

Verbal agreements or promises – including those made by staff – are non-binding.

18. Consumer dispute resolution (§ 36 VSBG)

NAIPO (Alsterwell GmbH) is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

19. Severability Clause

Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
