Tested in everyday life: Our massage chairs undergo daily stress tests at our headquarters in Hamburg through almost constant use. This allows us to detect wear and tear and defects early on – and continuously improve the quality of our products.

Nonetheless, all NAIPO products come with a 2-year warranty – fast, straightforward, and reliable. Should anything go wrong, we'll repair your device at no extra cost.

For selected products we also offer NAIPO® PROTECT : an optional warranty extension of up to 3 additional years with premium service.

We continuously develop our products – directly at our Hamburg location and with feedback from guests at the NAIPO Relax Lounge in the NAIPO Wellness Club. This way, you always receive the latest version of our massage chairs and product models.

We deliver throughout Europe with standard shipping from our warehouses in Germany – quickly and reliably.
