Behind the NAIPO Magazine is the team of Alsterwell GmbH from Hamburg: product experts, service technicians, and massage enthusiasts who have been exclusively involved with massage technology for over a decade. We don't just sell massage chairs and massage devices — we repair them in our own workshop, test every model ourselves, and personally advise hundreds of customers every week in our showrooms and over the phone.
How our articles are made
Every article in NAIPO Magazine goes through the same process:
- Research: We evaluate current sources, studies, and the most frequent questions from our customer service.
- Practical knowledge: What we write about devices, we have held in our hands ourselves — in the showroom, in the workshop, or in long-term testing.
- Review: Before publication, a second team member proofreads; we deliberately formulate health topics cautiously and do not replace medical advice.
- Updating: Articles are regularly reviewed and revised when new findings emerge.

Our experience comes from tens of thousands of sold and serviced devices, our own repair shop in Hamburg, our own showrooms for test sitting, and daily, direct interaction with our customers. This knowledge flows into every product.
