2. Based on the information provided, our technicians will first determine the possible causes.
2.1 If the problem can be easily solved by replacing a small part, we will ship the part directly and provide you with instructions.
2.2 If the problem is more complicated, we will instruct our logistics partner to bring the chair to our warehouse in Hamburg for further inspection and repair.
Normally the repair time is 10-15 working days.
In some cases, repairs may take longer because we do not have specific parts in stock.
In this case, we will send a replacement directly to the customer if the repair time is more than 30 days.
