Fast, transparent service for NAIPO massage chairs and massage devices. Our technical team in Hamburg analyzes your request and finds the quickest solution – often by replacing parts, otherwise in our workshop.
You send us the information. Our technicians check the possible causes based on your description, photos, and videos.
If the fault is clear and easy to fix, we will send you a spare part including instructions. On request, we will guide you through the steps by phone.
For more complex cases, we commission our logistics partner. The chair/device goes to our warehouse in Hamburg for inspection & repair.
After successful repair, we return your product and document the work performed.
Material and manufacturing defects will be repaired in accordance with the statutory warranty. For NAIPO chairs and devices, this generally applies for 24 months from the date of purchase.
Transport & labor costs are organized by us within this framework. Consumables or wear parts are excluded.
After diagnosis, we will prepare a transparent cost estimate (spare part(s), labor, transport).
You freely decide whether the repair should be carried out.
SKU/model, date of purchase/order number, precise fault description, photos/video, address & callback number.
Some issues (e.g., cover, remote control, castors, plugs) can be resolved with a spare part and instructions. Please only perform electrical/mechanical interventions through our service.
We order the part immediately. If the overall process takes longer than 30 days, we will provide a replacement.

1. Send us a detailed description and a video of the problem to service@naipo.de
2. Based on the information provided, our technicians will first determine the possible causes.
2.1 If the problem can be easily solved by replacing a small part, we will ship the part directly and provide you with instructions.
2.2 If the problem is more complicated, we will instruct our logistics partner to bring the chair to our warehouse in Hamburg for further inspection and repair.
Normally the repair time is 10-15 working days.
In some cases, repairs may take longer because we do not have specific parts in stock.
In this case, we will send a replacement directly to the customer if the repair time is more than 30 days.
