Good to know: The care instructions are, of course, voluntary –
NAIPO chairs are characterized by robust quality and easy-care upholstery.
Compared to many other massage chairs, the effort is significantly less.
Short routine after use:
wipe with a damp cloth → disinfect → wipe dry → smooth upholstery
After each use
- Clean PU zones (seat/backrest/footrest) with a damp cloth (spray into the cloth, not directly onto the material).
- Disinfect (low-alcohol or QAC), then wipe dry.
- Textile arm/hand rests: only lightly dampen, do not soak.
Disinfection (daily)
KaiserRein (QAC) – damp, then occasionally remove residues with a water-dampened cloth.
Wipes (low-alcohol)
mikrozid® Universal Premium Wipes – for quick intermediate steps.
Weekly
- Clean PU leather thoroughly with a mild faux leather cleaner, then wipe dry.
- Remove QAC residues (if used) with a clear, slightly dampened cloth.
- Textile arm/hand rests: lightly brush, wipe with a damp cloth.
Faux leather cleaner
Gentle, pH-neutral; no solvents/polymer sealants needed.
Cloths (soft, lint-free)
Soft microfibers for PU; cotton pads for repolishing/dry wiping.
Monthly
-
Prevent & smooth wrinkles: Blow dry the surface with lukewarm air (low setting, ~25–30 cm distance), smooth with the flat hand.
- Clean plastic parts selectively with plastic cleaner; no silicone/gloss layers necessary.
- Function check: Seams/covers loose? If necessary, readjust to prevent chafing.
Plastic cleaner
For hard plastic (side parts, coverings) – use sparingly.
Do
- Always test in an inconspicuous area first.
- Apply spray to the cloth, not directly onto the material.
- Keep moisture low, especially in arm channels and seams.
- Wipe dry after disinfection.
Don’t
- No abrasive cloths/rough microfibers.
- No steam/hot air from close range.
- No bleaching/acetate-containing or highly alkaline agents.
- Do not soak textile covers.
