Your Benefits at a Glance
Repairs and spare parts for material or manufacturing defects.
Device replacement if a repair is not economically or technically viable.
Can be booked at the time of purchase or within 30 days of purchase (per product).
Applies to customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
In addition to the statutory warranty. Your rights remain unaffected.
What is covered?
- Repairs and spare parts due to material and manufacturing defects.
- Optional device replacement if repair is not possible.
- Processing by Alsterwell GmbH (NAIPO Europe) with service in Hamburg.
Duration and start time
- Starts after expiry of the statutory warranty (24 months).
- 1, 2 or 3 years extension selectable.
- Booking at the time of purchase or within 30 days of purchase.
Terms and Product Scope
- Applies per product. For multiple products, book separately for each.
- Not available for all products. Please check availability.
- Valid for customers residing in DE, AT and CH.
Coverage limitations
- Benefit per claim limited to the product's purchase price.
- One-time exchange or replacement via voucher possible per device.
Not covered
- Damage already covered by third-party warranty or guarantee.
- Intentional damage and false claims.
- Products from the NAIPO Refurbished series, i.e., reconditioned devices.
- External influences, such as fire and natural damage.
- Improper interventions by unauthorized third parties.
- Normal wear and tear and wear parts such as covers and batteries.
Purchase and Refund
- Subsequent purchase only possible within 30 days.
- No refund if the service was not used.
- Refund upon product return within 30 days.

Please send a short description of the fault as well as photos or a video of the defect.

Repair and spare parts or device replacement according to NAIPO Protect conditions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add NAIPO Protect later?
Yes, up to 30 days after purchase. After that, retroactive booking is not possible.
Does NAIPO Protect apply in addition to the warranty?
Yes. Your statutory consumer rights remain fully intact.
Does the extension apply to multiple products?
It applies per product. For multiple products, please book each separately.
Does NAIPO Protect also apply to refurbished devices?
No. The extension is only available for new products. Devices from the NAIPO Refurbished series are excluded.
