For businesses that don't count how many guests are coming. The ThermOne Pro C is the largest device in the ThermOne family: 500 watts, towels up to 60 centimeters, a 56-meter roll. Built for evenings when all tables are occupied simultaneously.
500 watts, two seconds, no preheating
The towel is only heated and moistened at the moment of dispensing, up to 60 degrees. Nothing is pre-prepared that could cool down or dry out. This makes the device as economical in standby as it is during peak times.
Up to 60 centimeters, nine moisture levels
Other warm towel dispensers dispense a hand towel. The Pro C dispenses what you set: 20 centimeters for hands at the table, 60 centimeters for the neck, back, or a treatment couch. Nine moisture levels mean that the same device delivers a dripping wet refreshing towel and a lightly moistened cleaning towel.
Up to 99 towels at once
Capacity is the real difference from the smaller model. The Pro C dispenses 1 to 99 towels without refilling, and the 56-meter roll lasts more than twice as long as the 23-meter roll. For a restaurant, this means loading it once and not refilling in the middle of service.
The tank cleans itself
Antibacterial lining, with automatic cleaning. For a device that moistens hundreds of towels daily, this is not a convenience, but a prerequisite for hygiene not depending on diligence at the end of the day.

What a towel costs
The towels come from a roll made of one hundred percent plant fibers, are used once, and are compostable. No laundry, no collection, no shrinkage. Anyone who has fabric towels laundered today knows the cost on the bill. The cost of a single towel from the Pro C can be found with the 56-meter roll.
Who the Pro C is built for
Restaurants, hotels, sushi bars, event catering, larger beauty salons and spa areas. In other words, wherever a warm towel is part of the service and quantity is the problem. Those with less throughput will find the ThermOne Q6 or the smaller ThermOne A more economical.
In Japan, the warm towel is part of the place setting and is called Oshibori.

What is an oshibori?
An oshibori is the moist towel handed out before a meal in Japan. Warm in winter, chilled in summer. What began as a courtesy has become an expectation: once you have had one, you miss it.
How does an oshibori machine work?
Load the roll, fill in water, press the button. The machine cuts a towel off the roll, moistens it and brings it to temperature. The towel only comes into being at that moment. Nobody has handled it before.
Warm or cold towel, and when?
The same machine does both. For cold towels you add ice cubes instead of hot water. In summer at reception and after sport, in winter after the meal and before the shave.
Single-use or cloth, which is more hygienic?
A cloth towel is as clean as its last wash cycle and the box it is kept warm in. A towel from the machine is made at the moment it is dispensed and discarded afterwards. There is no cycle in which something can go wrong.
Are the towels environmentally friendly?
The towels are made from plant fibres rather than plastic. On top of that the entire laundry cycle disappears: no detergent, no fabric softener, no trip to the laundry service, no warming box running all day.
What does a single towel cost?
The price per towel is the price of the refill roll divided by the number of towels on it. Add tap water and the electricity the machine uses. No laundry invoice, no detergent, no minimum order.
Does it make sense at home too?
That is what the compact model is for. It works exactly like the larger machines: fill in water, load the roll, press the button. On a sideboard it turns dinner into an occasion.

What the same treatment time would cost at a salon
But is a real massage not better?
A chair replaces neither physiotherapy nor treatment by a person. Anyone who wants a specific tension released should keep going, and rightly so.
What the chair can do instead: it is ready at half past ten at night, with no appointment, no journey and nobody else having to be available. It costs nothing extra for a second person in the household. That is where the figure above comes from, not from any claim that it is the better massage.
