A warm, moist cloth. Two seconds after pressing the button. The ThermOne A heats and moistens each cloth only at the moment of dispensing. Nothing is pre-warmed and waiting. That's why the first cloth in the morning is as fresh as the eighteenth in the evening.
Two seconds instead of twenty minutes
400 watts of instant heating bring the cloth up to 60 degrees. A classic towel warmer needs preheating and then keeps heat in stock, whether someone comes or not. The ThermOne A has no stock. It has a button.
You determine the length, not the device
18 to 24 centimeters, set on the display. A short cloth for hands before eating, a long one for the cosmetic bed. Plus six moisture levels: barely moist for glasses, thoroughly moist for the face. If you need the same cloth every day, set it once and never touch it again.
Warm in January, ice cold in July
The same device also dispenses cold cloths. After sports, during a facial treatment, in summer at the table. There are few purchases for a studio or a restaurant that are used in every season.
The tank flushes itself
The water tank is antibacterial lined and cleans itself automatically. This is the invisible half of hygiene. A cloth is only as clean as the water that goes into it, and no one inspects a tank manually every day.
No wash cycle, no return, no question
The cloths come from a 23-meter roll made of one hundred percent plant fibers, are used once, and are then compostable. No laundry, no sorting, no question about who had the cloth in their hand before. This is the difference between a disposable towel and a cloth towel, and it's also where the math changes.

Temperature, humidity, remaining cloths. No one needs more. Less would be too little, because an empty roll in the middle of operation is the most expensive moment of the day.
Who the ThermOne A is built for
Beauty salons, nail salons, hairdressers, massage practices, spas, and smaller restaurants. Anywhere where the warm cloth is part of a greeting or treatment, but no one wants to manage laundry. The idea is older than any device. In Japan, the warm cloth used as a greeting is called Oshibori, and it has been part of the place setting for centuries.

What is an oshibori?
An oshibori is the moist towel handed out before a meal in Japan. Warm in winter, chilled in summer. What began as a courtesy has become an expectation: once you have had one, you miss it.
How does an oshibori machine work?
Load the roll, fill in water, press the button. The machine cuts a towel off the roll, moistens it and brings it to temperature. The towel only comes into being at that moment. Nobody has handled it before.
Warm or cold towel, and when?
The same machine does both. For cold towels you add ice cubes instead of hot water. In summer at reception and after sport, in winter after the meal and before the shave.
Single-use or cloth, which is more hygienic?
A cloth towel is as clean as its last wash cycle and the box it is kept warm in. A towel from the machine is made at the moment it is dispensed and discarded afterwards. There is no cycle in which something can go wrong.
Are the towels environmentally friendly?
The towels are made from plant fibres rather than plastic. On top of that the entire laundry cycle disappears: no detergent, no fabric softener, no trip to the laundry service, no warming box running all day.
What does a single towel cost?
The price per towel is the price of the refill roll divided by the number of towels on it. Add tap water and the electricity the machine uses. No laundry invoice, no detergent, no minimum order.
Does it make sense at home too?
That is what the compact model is for. It works exactly like the larger machines: fill in water, load the roll, press the button. On a sideboard it turns dinner into an occasion.

What the same treatment time would cost at a salon
But is a real massage not better?
A chair replaces neither physiotherapy nor treatment by a person. Anyone who wants a specific tension released should keep going, and rightly so.
What the chair can do instead: it is ready at half past ten at night, with no appointment, no journey and nobody else having to be available. It costs nothing extra for a second person in the household. That is where the figure above comes from, not from any claim that it is the better massage.
