Our promise:

If, before your purchase, you find the same NAIPO massage chair (excluding accessories and spare parts) at a lower price from a qualified retailer in Germany, we will match that price.

How it works:

Before your purchase, simply send a short email to relax@naipo.de including:

• a link to or proof of the lower offer
• the retailer's name
• the NAIPO model you want

Our customer service team will review your request as quickly as possible. Once confirmed, you can buy your massage chair from us at the same price.

Conditions

• It must be the identical model with the identical model number.
• The comparison price only applies if the product is immediately available from the qualified German retailer (including their online shop).
• The comparison refers to the total price including taxes, shipping and packaging.
• The offer applies to household quantities only.
• Excluded are: special discounts (e.g. employee programmes, student discounts, vouchers), display units, used, damaged or refurbished products, and purchases made during promotions with free accessories.
• NAIPO reserves the right to decline requests in cases of suspected misuse, pricing errors (e.g. typos) or unauthorised reseller activity.

For selected products we additionally offer NAIPO® PROTECT: an optional warranty extension of up to 3 further years with premium service.

Note: The 2-year warranty corresponds to the statutory warranty for new products. For used or refurbished products, a statutory warranty of 1 year applies. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by NAIPO® PROTECT.

We deliver your massage chair directly to the desired spot, assemble it professionally and give you a short introduction. The delivery date is arranged individually with you. Prices vary and are shown during checkout.
