NAIPO Best Price Guarantee for massage chairs

We want you to get your NAIPO massage chair at the best price at any time.

Our promise:

If, before your purchase, you find the same NAIPO massage chair (excluding accessories and spare parts) at a lower price from a qualified retailer in Germany, we will match that price.

How it works:

Before your purchase, simply send a short email to relax@naipo.de including:

• a link to or proof of the lower offer
• the retailer's name
• the NAIPO model you want

Our customer service team will review your request as quickly as possible. Once confirmed, you can buy your massage chair from us at the same price.

Conditions

• It must be the identical model with the identical model number.
• The comparison price only applies if the product is immediately available from the qualified German retailer (including their online shop).
• The comparison refers to the total price including taxes, shipping and packaging.
• The offer applies to household quantities only.
• Excluded are: special discounts (e.g. employee programmes, student discounts, vouchers), display units, used, damaged or refurbished products, and purchases made during promotions with free accessories.
• NAIPO reserves the right to decline requests in cases of suspected misuse, pricing errors (e.g. typos) or unauthorised reseller activity.

NAIPO goes beyond standard quality testing. In our NAIPO Wellness Club in Hamburg and in selected NAIPO Relax Lounges, our massage chairs are in continuous use week after week — enjoyed daily by numerous guests.

This real-world operation reveals faster than any lab test where improvements are needed. At the same time, we receive direct feedback from users, which flows straight into our product development — for more robust mechanics, better ergonomics and long-lasting technology. The result is an exceptional quality you can feel every day.

NAIPO has received multiple awards for design, innovation and quality — including the iF Design Award, the Red Dot Design Award and the title of Best Brand of the Year 2025, massage chair category (Plus X Award). We were also nominated for the Wellness Innovation Award.

Our products are regularly named comparison winners on independent review sites. We are visible internationally too: NAIPO exhibits at renowned trade fairs such as IFA Berlin and FIBO Cologne.

NAIPO is at home in Hamburg. From here we manage product development, service and logistics and stay in direct contact with our customers. We also have offices in China's “Silicon Valley” — in Shenzhen and Chengdu. This close collaboration between Hamburg and China gives us short paths for German customer service and fast, efficient implementation in production and development.

Tested in everyday use: Our massage chairs undergo daily stress tests at our Hamburg headquarters through almost constant use. This lets us detect wear and faults early — and continuously improve the next generation.

Nevertheless, all NAIPO products come with a 2-year warranty — fast, straightforward, reliable. Should anything happen, we repair your device at no extra cost.

For selected products we additionally offer NAIPO® PROTECT: an optional warranty extension of up to 3 further years with premium service.

Note: The 2-year warranty corresponds to the statutory warranty for new products. For used or refurbished products, a statutory warranty of 1 year applies. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by NAIPO® PROTECT.

The latest generation — taken further.

We continuously develop our products — directly at our Hamburg location and with feedback from guests of the NAIPO Relax Lounge in the NAIPO Wellness Club. This way you always receive the most up-to-date version of our massage chairs and product models.

Unique to NAIPO: We continuously optimise our massage chairs through direct feedback from guests in our NAIPO Relax Lounge in the NAIPO Wellness Club Hamburg. Real usage experience flows into every further development — an advantage that goes far beyond the standard.

NAIPO takes responsibility for the environment and the future. Through the Blue Planet Certificate by Naturefund we planted trees from 2021 to 2025 and captured CO₂, among others for the climate bridge in the Andes. Today we see the bigger lever in longevity: products built to be repaired instead of replaced.

Our own support team in Hamburg helps quickly and without complications — with questions as well as with spare parts, which we supply promptly from our own warehouse. Write to us any time at service@naipo.de.
