Nonetheless, all NAIPO products come with a 2-year warranty – fast, straightforward, and reliable. Should anything go wrong, we'll repair your device at no extra cost.

For selected products we also offer NAIPO® PROTECT : an optional warranty extension of up to 3 additional years with premium service.

We continuously develop our products – directly at our Hamburg location and with feedback from guests at the NAIPO Relax Lounge in the NAIPO Wellness Club. This way, you always receive the latest version of our massage chairs and product models.
