General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the rental of the NAIPO massage chair

Scope
This agreement applies to all rental agreements concluded between the landlord and the tenant regarding the massage chair. If the tenant has any questions or concerns regarding this agreement, they may contact the landlord.

Landlord's name
Mustbuy GmbH, Eiffestrasse 68, 20537 Hamburg

Registration and customer data
To enter into a rental agreement, the tenant must be registered. The tenant agrees to provide truthful information during registration and to immediately notify the landlord of any changes to their details.

Subject matter of the contract
The subject of this contract is the rental of the massage chair. The massage chair can be new or used. Purchasing the massage chair is possible upon request. A purchase option is available at any time. In this case, only the difference in price will be charged.

Payment terms
50% of the rental amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. The remaining 50% is due within 7 days of the end of the agreed rental period.

Right of return
The renter has the right to return the massage chair within 30 days of delivery. To exercise this right, the renter must notify the lessor and return the massage chair in perfect condition, including the pallet and packaging. In this case, the renter must pay all return shipping costs. If the return is made within 30 days, the renter will be credited with the remaining amount of the agreed rental period.

Shipping costs
There is a €79.99 delivery charge for the massage chair to the curb, which is to be borne by the renter. After the rental period has expired, the renter is also responsible for the return shipping costs of €79.99. However, if the renter decides to purchase the massage chair, the return shipping costs are waived. Any shipping costs are waived if the renter picks up the massage chair from the renter's warehouse.

Start of rental, rental period and termination
The rental period begins upon handover of the massage chair to the renter. The minimum rental period is three months. A shorter rental period is not possible. The contract can be terminated either with or without notice. Details regarding the notice period are specified in the contract.

Storage of packaging and pallets: The tenant is obligated to store the packaging, including the pallet, for the entire rental period. Deviations from this clause are only permitted with the express written consent of the landlord.

Technical support
If you experience technical problems with your massage chair, please contact Mustbuy GmbH's customer service at support@mustbuy.eu.

Maintenance and care
For questions regarding regular maintenance and care of the massage chair, as well as specific cleaning and care instructions, please contact support@mustbuy.eu.

Spare parts
If parts of the massage chair need to be replaced, the cost coverage depends on whether the damage was caused intentionally or unintentionally.

Extension of the rental period
An extension of the rental period is possible. To do so, the renter must contact support@mustbuy.eu.

transport
Transport of the massage chair is handled by Mustbuy GmbH's shipping partners. Free pickup by the renter at the start of the rental period is also possible.

Storage of packaging and pallets: The tenant is obligated to store the packaging, including the pallet, for the entire rental period. Deviations from this clause are only permitted with the express written consent of the landlord.

Theft and accident
The lessor will not cover any costs in the event of an accident. In the event of theft, the renter must pay the RRP of the massage chair to the lessor within 30 days.

Late payment fees
If the renter does not pay within 30 days, the massage chair must be returned to the landlord immediately.

Condition upon return
Mustbuy GmbH will assess the condition of the massage chair upon return. Normal signs of wear are acceptable. All functions must be fully functional. Modifications of any kind are not permitted.

Contractual penalties
If the massage chair is not returned by the end of the rental period, a penalty fee of EUR 10 will be charged for each additional day. These costs will be invoiced separately to the renter once the massage chair has been returned to the lessor's possession.

Disclaimer
No liability is assumed for injuries of any kind or for catastrophic damage.

Cleaning fees
There will be no additional charges if the massage chair is not returned in a clean condition.

Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction in case of disputes is Hamburg.

Availability of spare parts
We will provide a replacement as soon as possible. Damage must be reported immediately to support@mustbuy.eu. Sufficient photo and video footage must be provided.

Data protection
Mustbuy GmbH is committed to protecting the renter's personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. All personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for the performance of the contract.

Pets
Households with pets are permitted. However, they must not damage the NAIPO massage chair.

Cross-border use
The massage chair may not be taken abroad.

Energy consumption
The tenant is responsible for the cost of electricity consumption for the massage chair.

Emergencies
If the massage chair suddenly stops working or is defective, the renter should immediately contact Mustbuy GmbH customer support at support@mustbuy.eu.

Liability
The renter is liable for all damage to the massage chair caused during the rental period due to improper handling, intent, or gross negligence. The lessor is not liable for damage caused to the renter through the use of the massage chair, unless the damage is due to intent or gross negligence on the part of the lessor.

Final provisions
Any changes or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
