With NAIPO Flex, a booked appointment can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to two hours in advance and transferred to another person. The duration and number of people can be changed, and the price difference will be adjusted. The appointment will not expire if you are up to 15 minutes late. Once per booking, a free reschedule is also possible after the two-hour window has passed.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eEvery change requires prior notification: via WhatsApp to 040 88369018 or to relax@naipo.de, with name, email, original appointment, and order number. The order number starts with NP and can be found in the order confirmation. Without notification, the appointment remains binding and will expire as with a booking without Flex.
